Here is my last work about doing some overhauling to my small scale fluid simulation pipeline in Houdini (Tension).
All the sheets and tendrils are created in a natural fashion (Pure Force Approach), so there is no "hole filling" tricks (create particles on demand to fill holes based on some conditions), no "velocity alignment for tendril reinforcement" (reinforcement of fluid body zones based on velocity and normal ratio), etc.
Still some work to do, mainly to have even more control over sheeting stability, faster particle lookups, etc.
But I think that at this stage its now production ready at last! :)
