A piece of animation to accompany a comedy sketch show for 'Idiots of Ants' that played at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival during the summer of 2007. Music from Kill Bill soundtrack. The animation was completed by several students from the Southampton Solent University animation degree.

A common man, sitting in his regular cafe, smoking and observing. The man weaves his own smoke curtain while a television sheds images. The city comes and goes through the cafe's window. For a moment glass and skin cease to be a frontier and life blends. A mechanism of connexions between man and city is set loose, composing a new architecture of observations, memories and wishes. In this web of imponderable circuits a possibility of disruption unleashes. From which only a brief trace will remain.

Por momentos a película de vidro e a pele deixam de ser fronteira e a vida confunde-se. Põe-se à solta um mecanismo de associações entre o homem e a cidade, criando uma nova arquitectura de observações, memórias e desejos. For this year’s Music Video Challenge, Saatchi & Saatchi in association with Universal Music Enterprises, the James Brown Estate, BUG and Genero.tv bringing together fresh filmmaking talent and iconic music with songs by the legendary James Brown.
The 2012 Challenge was in celebration of the James Brown catalogue being re-released on iTunes in May, and the re-issuing of the classic James Brown Live at the Apollo album later this year.
