Through long distance hiking, fundraising, and making films about active adaptive lifestyles, GoHawkeye has raised money for disabled athletes in Telluride since 2007. We are proud to announce an exciting new project in partnership with ReActive Adaptations (reactiveadaptations.com);
"The Great Outdoor Adaptive Adventure Contest".
GoHawkeye will award a ReActive Adaptations off road hand-cycle, custom made in Crested Butte, to the individual who’s adaptive story is selected for our next film. Tell us about your physical limitations, what barriers you have had to overcome and what you would do with this bike to improve the quality of your life.
We believe that outdoor recreation is essential in improving quality of life by reducing stress through exercise, fresh air and by setting achievable goals. Outdoor adventures involving fishing, biking and camping are just some of the ways to improve life and are activities we feature in our films.
Send us your adaptive story to be entered in the contest to win a ReActive Adaptations off road hand-cycle.
