1. Directions for creating hip extension at home (example - right (R) side)
    1. Place a pillow on the floor
    2. Place a chair or stable object next to you on your R side
    3. Tuck your toes on the face of your couch or wall and let your knee down
    4. In this order: Lift your ribcage, lean back slightly, push your hip down
    This effort creates hip extension. Using your hand as an assist helps to minimize compensation and get the correct motion from the right place. Follow this up with the MOLD (global) technique.
