1. After creating the Watercolor Season 2 Teaser graphics for Cedar Cove. I was then asked to convert those into the original graphics for Cedar Cove Season 2 but have them emulate the new key art that was created by an out of house design team. I used some of their elements and created a composition, also using elements from last years Cedar Cove Season 1 graphics.

I created water that moves just slightly enough (using wiggle) to not be too distracting.
I also used the clouds and birds from last years graphics and made them move in the background.
I added optical flares for dramatic lighting and used watercolor splotches as a transition element as well as a nice moving (layered) texture within the graphics themselves.

This option does not have the hallmark channel purple bar. it is just clean, typically used for web or affiliate.

  5. I was the lead designer for The Hallmark Channel Original Movie, The Good Witch's Wonder.

I was tasked to create a concept for the new title sequence and see it through to the final animated stages. While also sticking to the typical style and grid of past Good Witch movies

There are moments in the script of the movie that continuously talk about one of the character's love for hibiscus flowers. After seeing this, I decided it would be interesting to use flowers as the main element in the sequence. After designing the logo with flourishes of vines, leaves, and flowers. I then created flower petals/particles using particular as a transition element. The typography becomes the petals and blow away in the wind as a way of transitioning in new title cards. I also took pieces of the flourishes on the type and had those animate on new type as well. We later added a hummingbird as a second transition element that interacts with the flowers and type. I designated the path of the bird and did some color correction, while the another 3D designer rigged and animated the bird as well as doing some color correcting.
