CFSI Research Analyst Thea Garon presented highlights of CFSI's new Prepaid Industry Scorecard, which assesses quality in the prepaid industry using the Compass Principles. Guest speakers Lisa Henken Ramirez, NetSpend's Vice President of Customer Experience, and Patrice Peyret, CEO of Banking Up, talked about their companies' efforts to enhance their customers' experiences and outcomes using CFSI's Compass Guide to Prepaid as a tool. CFSI announced the release a new Compass Advisory Note, which offers recommendations for prepaid program managers for how to use the Compass Principles to improve the quality of their card offerings, citing examples from the two companies as case studies.
