Why not combined different drills into one where an athlete is working on numerous skills at a combined time?
Put gloves on as you dribble the ball up a hill. Keep the ball low, control it and don't allow it to control you. All by having someone resist you from moving forward. Which means it's time to grind and get your lower body stronger.
