Paciente, la cámara del mundo se acerca sigilosamente para contemplarle perecer; la muerte no deja de ser un gesto de extrema belleza. Con la misma paciencia de la cámara la muerte se retira, permitiéndole una vez más salir al bello encuentro con el mundo, a través del mutuo reflejo de la vida. La muerte, al fin y al cabo irremediable, puede esperar. Su amigo Xavier Gavin, contemplándose con la cámara del mundo mientras pueda, se lo agradece.
