The Ever Bright Group (EBG) began investing in several signficant sites in Melbourne, Australia in 2010, with a view to make a long term committment to delivering high end residential and commercial development. From the outset it was very important to EBG that the Australian marketplace, local residents and planning authorities understood its intent to only produce buldings of the highest calibre. So Goldeneye Media was engaged to travel to China to tell its story. Over ten days our team visited various locations and captured the story of a company of unquestionable quality, history, strength and commitment. EBG then used the film for promotions and marketing, planning applications, on its website, in its various sales campaign and for media contact to help assure the Australian market that it would be a strong contributor to the local development landscape. It was an extremely savvy and successful strategy that allowed to company to assimilate and expand rapidly and successfully.

  3. Another powerful, and highly successful example of how emotion can inspire people to make a bold move. GEM was engaged to travel to California's Napa Valley in mid 2014 to help tell the story of Calistoga Hills Resort and what it represented as the last great holding ever to be offered in the fiercely protected wine region. The property had already been on the market for 12 months with a commercial agent and, despite its $100 million price expectation, was igniting little attention. It was a heavily forested hillside that presented few photogenic angles for traditional real estate photography. And the story of the 15 year campaign that led to approval for a five star hotel development was failing to translate into real estate copy. But when we put our specialist aerial cameras to work and combined their imagery with a powerful interview with the man who knew the hillside best, its true worth suddenly came to life. Within a few months the property sold, to a buyer who had walked away from the original campaign but was tempted back by the potential unlocked in this story.
