Here is some of the exciting work we did on the film Maze Runner. We really enjoyed working on this film and helping first time director Wes Ball achieve his vision. We did all of the previs in Crytek's Cinebox allowing us to blur the line between concept art and previs, taking previs into another realm. We did motion tests for the Grievers using source character models. We were also able to take lydar scans and create the terrain of the Glade to a high level of accuracy. Doing so enabled the VFX team to visualize exactly how much of the Glade walls would be seen in any given shot. Using Cinebox also allowed us to accurately illustrate real world sun light situations for any given time of day and day of the year.
