1. Bundeena is in the heart of The Royal National Park, just 1 hour drive from Sydney, Australia. It's a giant playground for Sydney residents and this particular morning it was my playground.

  3. There's only 2 major events in the Chinese/Vietnamese culture. Tet (Chinese New Year) and Trung Thu (Moon Festival).

Cabramatta is the little Asia in Australia and it's the settings for this year Moon Festival in Sydney.

There was an estimated 90,000 people attending the event last year and from what you can see from the video the number is even more this year.

Please share it around if you enjoyed the video.

  4. Nan Tien Temple is the biggest temple in Australia and the Southern Hemisphere. It's one to one and half hour drive depends which way you go from Sydney.

It's also part of the attraction of the "The Grand Pacific" Drive, one of the best drive in Australia and around the world. It is one of the "To Do" list and I've done it a few times already. :)

Timelapse was taken at different date than the new year eve. The wonderful thing about Chinese NYE is the temple open till late. Usually the opening hours is 9am-5pm, the worst time for photography. So my suggestion is come and visit the temple during Chinese NYE for the best of sunset and night photography.

Apparently it is in the best area for Balloon flying.
It was a joy to chased the balloons around town.
    Until next year Canowindra...
