  5. This is a fairly long tutorial video that demonstrates some techniques used to build and rig a 3D head using the FreeForm plugin included with After Effects CS5.

    I also review setting up expression controls to drive nested compositions like eye blinks and head rotations and creating pupils that follow a null object like a "Look At" point.
