On September 18th, in a historic vote, Scotland will vote to decide if they want to remain as part of the United Kingdom or become an independent nation. With less than a week until the vote, polls show that the race is nearly too close to call.
In preparation for the forthcoming third issue of Humanity (released this December), we filmed for nearly a month across Scotland, capturing stories from around the country. Along the way we met people who were passionate about an independent Scotland - one free of the United Kingdom's decisions and voice - and spoke with them to see what pushed them to vote YES for Scotland.
