Breath of the Dolomites is a collection of timelapse clips and aerial clips from my recent trip to the Dolomites mountains in Italy. This was definitely one of the most beautiful places I have ever had the pleasure of capturing. The changing conditions over these mystical mountains made for some incredible experiences. The aerial scenes in this film were shot by Andrew Studer. To see more check out my full collection here: shainblumphoto.com/project/dolomites-photography-timelapse/
This is my newest project from my home country Switzerland about the most famous Swiss mountain the Matterhorn. I was 3 times in Zermatt between August and October 2012 to make this film. I stayed some nights outside under a starry sky and a lot of falling stars. During October on 2’700m/8'858f over sea it gets really cold. But it was worth to do it.
Please share it, if you like it!

Autumn is that romantic, melancholic and harmonious season that all photographers rush to capture from its arrival. And no wonder, the light, the colours and the energy displayed by the autumn, are ideal fuel for encouraging the creativity of any visual artist.
I traveled to Croatia and Slovenia in order to capture this amazing spectacle of nature.
