I cleaned the edges using the refine edge tool and also use the clone stamp on a few frames to fill in where the arm disappears when it hits the crash mat. I also added a small position animation to the fall to make it fit better. I then pre composed the layers and scaled up by a few percent. This allowed me to put a little camera shake on it using the wiggle expression and a slider control This sells the effect and covers up a few sins. There are a few frames where the edges could use a little more fine tuning but it seems to work.
