1. Pulp Paper is a specialist workshop for high quality handmade papers and paper making on a commissioned basis, based in Glasgow.

    Alison Newman is a specialist paper worker, and develops paper from pulp and fibre. Clients are generally artists and makers looking to incorporate paper as a medium into their work. Recent commissions have involved the production of 3 bespoke guest books for the Great Scottish Tapestry exhibition and producing the specialized linen paper for the Queen's Message, within the Glasgow Commonwealth Games Baton 2014.

  2. Sollas Bookbinding is a book design and making space with a bookbinding workshop established in 2008 in the Outer Hebrides, Uist.

    The company produces handmade book and box design, alongside repair work and workshops. Trained by a master binder in Germany and most recently with a fine binder from London Corinna Krause creates her own series of new books for every season using decorative paper designed and made in-house. The company also takes on commissions from hotels for high quality bespoke menu folder, from artists for presentation boxes and book projects and from individuals for repair.
