Regal Boats created an innovative hull design that not only improved fuel economy, but also delivered superior performance and top end speed. However, no video existed of the hull in action. We got right to work, traveling down to the blue waters of the FLorida Keys. All underwater footage was shot at 5K resolution at 120fps with the Red Epic and above the water shots were with the Panasonic AF-100. We produced, directed, shot, edited, and created the motion graphics. This was an outstanding project and everyone really stepped up to the plate.
Our Thanksgiving vacation - 2012 to West Virginia. I shot this with our AF-100 with a Nikon 24mm - 70mm f 2.8 lens for everything except the campfire scenes. That was shot with a Voigtlander 24mm f 0.95 lens. I forgot my glasses on a few shots so please forgive the blind cameraman with the soft focus. I was actually on vacation.
This video was produced for my church, Journey Christian Church, in Apopka, Fl. It helped kick off a new sermon series and is a visual representation of the parable of the sower found in Mark 4:1-20. The farmer was played by a friend of mine and fellow church member who actually has never farmed but his face has incredible character. We shot all the slow motion in the camera by over-cranking the footage.
One of our longtime clients, Dart Container, needed to bring awareness to their customers of the foam recycling program they offer. To counter act a lot of the misinformation that is out there about foam, we produced a short video for their web site that the sales force point to. This video was produced for a very modest budget in about 2 weeks. We shot on location in Wekiva Springs State Park near Orlando, Florida.
