1. Smoked for about 20 minutes, then 1-2 minute sear on each side.

  2. Nearly 2.25" bone in ribeye steaks. Seared on each side over open flame then hickory smoked with indirect heat (about 300F). Initially rubbed with S&P and EVOO. Smoked with topping made from garlic and onion powder, crushed coriander seeds, EVOO, soy sauce and balsamic. Rare to med-rare.
