This video is about the people, the sights and sounds of New York City in late April 2015. Camera used was a Sony RX100 Mk3. Two muisc tracks were recorded using a Zoom H2N. Edited in Final Cut Pro 10.2.1.
I got asked to ride along for a spur of the moment New York trip. Over the corse of 3 days I rode in a car and shot photos from the windows. My brothers friend was selling a car and it needed to be delivered immediately and then he needed to return to Oklahoma asap. This left us with just a few hours to see New York City and look around. I'm not one to shoot a lot of video for fun but I was curious to test what the RX100 M3 could do.
Most of these shots weren't planned out and I just really recorded when I didn't feel an opportunity to take a photo. Each shot was hand held. The more I sat and looked through the footage, the more I felt a shape potentially grow to make this.
