Commissioned by JLL, this film showcases its Business & Construction offering through their work on the restructure and refurbishment of Bush House, the home of BBC World Service until 2012.
Originally opened in 1925 as the World Trade Centre, it was the largest building of its type at the time. Located on Aldwych (the area now known in real estate circles as Midtown) the BBC's lease ended in 2012 and is now being marketed as Aldwych Quarter.
Filmed over a day and a half by Alex Fouracre, the narrative is driven by two of JLL's directors. Odd Man Out added value to this project by creating the spoof World Service opening montage.
A film promoting Bahrain Bay, a landmark mixed-use development situated on a man-made island in the Arabian Gulf, off the coast of Manama, Bahrain's capital.
Filmed entirely on location and in the air in Bahrain, it was commissioned through Sectorlight, directed by Odd Man Out with location production, filming and post-production by our friends at Gulf Broadcast.
A promotional film for the sale of 8 Canada Square, through our client JLL.
With an extensive shoot both in the air (by Jim Swanson) and on the ground (by Alex Fouracre and Jaimie Gramston), the aim was to create a feature film-style trailer showing London, Canary Wharf and 8 Canada Square.
