I made paleo, grain-free, SCD-friendly, GAPS tortillas with only 5 ingredients for the very first time on camera. And then, because the base is cauliflower, I also made some fart jokes. All in all, it was a good day.
Cauliflower has been recently anointed as the next super food. Apparently it’s the new kale! So everyone should feel free to get very excited about that.
And while devotees of this channel know well that the title, "super food" is mostly just excellent marketing, that fact doesn't stop cauliflower from being super nutritious, versatile and delicious. So, you know, make these.
Make these. Make them for breakfast. Make them for dinner. Make them for lunch. It really doesn't matter what time you eat them. Just make sure that you do. My only caveat is to double the size of the tortillas so that you can stuff them full of all of this freakin' delcious goodness and then said goodness won't fall out.
This recipe is grain-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, cane sugar-free and soy-free (always and of course).
