1. This is my first time-lapse video. The photos were completely shooted in Saint-Nicolas in spring 2012, during a 5 days photography workshop about time-lapse. This beautiful small village is located near Aosta, in Valle d'Aosta, in the north of Italy.

All the shots were done with my Canon EOS 7D, in raw, and then revised with my iMac in Lightroom 4 and LRTimeLapse for deflickering. I developed the video with Premiere Pro: GBdeflicker help me for a further deflickering. For some clips I also used the power of After Effects.

Thanks to Mountain Photo School and in particular to GAntico for the advice and suggestions.

  2. Autumn is, together with Winter, the season I prefer. Its colours, as well as its foggy days, make it fascinating and picturesque. In dull Autumn days I like spending my time in the mountains hoping to climb up the clouds that look like the waves of the sea. Very weird situations to find. It took a lot of sacrifices and patience: sometimes the conditions seemed to be good but, often, the fog was too high.
This timelapse short film tells “The Autumn in my Mountains”: colours, fogs, snow.. A two-year shooting, more than 40000 RAWs shot.
Enjoy the video and share it if you like!
