ID Note: The ID was created such that the main body is molded from only 1 plastic part. I drafted the plastic such that the level top surface could be molded in an angled core/cavity tool with 1 slide that creates the cup holder and dispensing holes. The Plastic is translucent to allow the OLED to shine through and the screen is masked as it is back painted. The rear surface is void of bosses and ribs and the MEs were instructed to utilize the sheet metal brackets for the internal components. Work done through Focus PDM for our client
The innovative Methadone Dispenser
The most obvious difference between the iMeasure dispenser and available methadone pumps is how the methadone dosage is being measured. iMeasure dispenses based on weight whereas most systems dispense the liquid based on volume. Dispensing by weight significantly reduces inventory discrepancies that occur during room temperature changes and failure of proper pump calibration. It also alleviates issues related to air bubble’s being present in tubing. Inventory discrepancies between actual medication on hand and clinic records require time-sensitive documentation work to reconcile clinic records. Furthermore, when dispensing by weight, costly and time-sensitive pump calibrations are no longer necessary. Perhaps most important to the patient is that our system is really accurate since we measure the amount of methadone that actually lands in the cup.
No pump calibration necessary
Significantly less inventory discrepancies
Accurate dosing with weight verification
iMeasure's user experience is outstanding. The user can easily see the desired amount and the dispensed amount of methadone in real-time. Everything is shown in mg, so that there is no chance for calculation errors by the user. An easy to use dial-wheel intuitively navigates the user through the iMeasure menu, making "manual" dispensing a walk in the park. Integrated LED lights rapidly signal to the user the current status of the product.
Excellence and precision
iMeasure is using a peristaltic pump, which does not require any pump cleaning. Dispensing low dosage under 20 mg are no problem for iMeasure. If you like, you can even dispense 1 mg of methadone without worrying about re-calibrating your pump or feeling unsecure about the actual outcome. To give you more room on your table, we integrated a cup holder on the top of iMeasure to give you a nice storaged option and have the cups handy where you need them.

Our bottle holder is being designed to be able to incorporate all methadone bottles on the market and be able to extract the entirety of the methadone with a zero transfer loss. This provides the benefits of eliminating work associated with transfer of medication from one bottle to another during daily bottle changes while allowing clinics to be able to change providers at any time.
