Hey BNC! Here's your anytime/anywhere solution to balancing the demands of sitting. Few key points to remember:

Getting up and walking alone does not reverse the cumulative, degenerative effects of sitting
Think short duration, high frequency—in other words, do it for less time, more often.
Aim to find a ratio that works for you, move one minute for every hour you sit. Tweak accordingly to fit your needs.
Routine is great for clearing your mind, improving focus and comfort, enhancing posture, core strength and energy levels.
Setting aside this time for yourself is called leading with your actions, which signifies the importance you place on leading a movement based lifestyle. Think about the journey, not the destination.

I've also included a short Condition for Life-style WORKOUT. This can be used interchangeably with the routine above or as a complement to your current routine.
