  2. We created this little animation about the effects of video content for ad agency Fold7.

This short film highlights some powerful figures around video content, proving how there’s never been a better time for brands to be investing in the medium.

  3. Is That a Fish in Your Ear? ranges across the whole of human experience, from foreign films to philosophy, to show why translation is at the heart of what we do and who we are. What's the difference between translating unprepared natural speech, and translating Madame Bovary? How do you translate a joke? What's the difference between a native tongue and a learned one? Can you translate between any pair of languages, or only between some? What really goes on when world leaders speak at the UN? Can machines ever replace human translators, and if not, why? The biggest question is how do we ever really know that we've grasped what anybody else says - in our own language or in another? Surprising, witty and written with great joie de vivre, this book is all about us, and how we understand each other.

  4. This animation series is a final year project of my graphic design BA. Different children are heard describing their favourite animal, and the creature is then drawn according to what they say, so that the creature "grows itself". Each frame is drawn individually. Directed by Lara Lee.

  5. Cinematics is a timeline of classic films and characters. It's a experimental project that I did in my spare time. Check the complete project: behance.net/gallery/Cinematics/14304321

All the sound was made by Marcelo Baldin (combustion.ws). He did a fantastic job remixing famous movie themes and blended altogether with a pinch of Aphex Twin's Donkey Rhubarb.

The Cinematics lettering was also made by me, and right now I'm working on a complete family for this font and I hope to launch it soon!

If you liked this piece, you should definitely check this guys out: Ariel Costa and His Alphabetic animation (vimeo.com/40110798), and Antonio Vicentini's Camera Collection (vimeo.com/41336551).

Special thanks for my big friend Ricardo Bess (ricardobess.com/) and all the guys from Cafundo Studio.
