To fully enjoy this video we highly recommend giving it some extra volume.
There were 24 numbers in this years' Dancers Reaching Out event. That is far too many beautiful dancer moments and precious smiles for us to keep this particularly short. To be honest, we didn't even try. When you see the meaningful expressions on our dancers faces, you will understand. We are SO VERY PROUD to be able to share this with you, watch it and you will agree that for young and old - There is something special happening at DancEd.
We want to recognize Dan Fisher of Bottle Rocket Media as being behind the camera for most of the great shots in this video. If you see a loved one or a friend in a shot and it makes you tear up or smile, you can rest assured that Dan captured the moment.

In February, 2014 DancEd held our 9th annual Dancers Reaching Out event, this year to raise money for the University of Chicago Celiac Disease Center and to raise awareness of celiac disease. In spite of a few weather related setbacks that caused the many of the dancers to miss rehearsal time in the weeks leading up to the event, the DancEd dancers were totally on pointe.
Take a look at this video and you will see what we mean, DancEd Dancers You ROCK!!!!
DancEd held it's annual Dancers Reaching Out event on Sunday, February 7th. This year we raised funds for the Special Olympics. As always, it was both great and meaningful as the dancers were awesome and we were honored to hear Special Olympics Global Messengers Mallory and Corey speak during the show.
When it's all said and done however, we are left with video memories of the performance and the kids on stage. We know you will enjoy this video and it shows yet again the remarkable DancEd Dancers performing their best to benefit the Special Olympics. Special Thanks once again to Dan Fisher for capturing the best of the moments in this video. And as always, the smiles on the kids faces tell the story. DancEd Dancers, YOU ROCK!!!
