This movie follows the events surrounding the Mexican revolution of 1836 when 250 Americans capture the Alamo against 5000 Mexicans! The movie is based on the novel “Martyrs of the Alamo” by Theodosia Harris.
Before the beginning of the Civil War, Roy returns to his home town in Missouri to do some trading and meet his old friends. He discovers that even though the state is going to join the Union, some of his friends have joined a band which will fight for the Confederacy. It’s up to Roy to help his friends who find themselves in deep trouble at the onset of the war.
New Hope Valley is a prosperous small community which began its existing right after the end of The Civil War. Everything had been going great for 50 years – until now. The state wants a dam built in place of this small community. Even though each of the citizens will get paid for their land, they decide to unite and fight against the destruction of their town.
When a cavalry officer is sent West to protect a telegraph line shortly after the Civil War, he must deal with a group of renegades from the South trying to stir up trouble as well as some phantoms from his past.
