Room 1520 is a recent addition to the collection of West Loop loft-like wedding and event venues that brings a unique flavor and atmosphere to the area. A spacious and refined loft building, this venue was once a historical gear factory. Room 1520 features high ceilings, polished cement floors, tall portrait windows and crisp, white-washed brick walls – the look of the venue is modern & minimalistic. The open layout allows for a lot of flexibility and is ideal for any couple looking host both the ceremony and reception in the same space. On par size-wise with other West Loop venues, Room 1520 features modern amenities and detailing such as private street entrances and a separate area for brides to get ready, this area can also become a luxurious and separate lounge or quiet space.
Fun Fact: Room 1520's second floor area features an open-floor plan kitchen where clients have brought in chefs from all around the world to provide live cooking demonstrations.
