The Fresh Start Certified Agent™ represents the Fresh Start Investor™ and writes a market value all cash offer for the home chosen by the family.
Once offer is accepted, the dedicated Fresh Start Investor™ will transfer cash funds to the largest title insurance company in the Unite States.
Family and Fresh Start Investor™ enter into standard lease option agreement with pre-determined purchase price and payments locked in for up to 5* years. Family now deposits are now due and placed in title company escrow account.
Fresh Start Investor pays for and completes property inspections and due diligence to satisfy terms and condition of purchase agreement.
