When the going gets tough we either fight, flight, freeze or enter a mental state of flow and perform to our optimum. Some call it being in the zone or hitting that sweet spot, scientifically it is called flow. It is a state that allows us to achieve the impossible, be incredibly productive, and makes us feel incredible. So much so that most people are searching for flow in their everyday lives without even realising it. The good news is that through practicing the key elements to flow we can find, sustain, and re-create these peak experiences more frequently in our lives.
The Flow Centre is a collaborative space made up of flow specialists, athletes, entrepreneurs, and professional performers.
Our aim is to understand the mysteries behind entering flow / peak performance states, and design specific courses and coaching programs for flow seekers around the world.
The Flow Centre started through a passion of bringing to light a series of practical performance techniques in which to obtain flow. No one resource exists where people can learn to train themselves in to flow. The Flow Centre is committed to solving this issue and provide people with a much needed resource.
We are very excited to announce one of the world’s first flow training course. We will be bringing you the latest scientific evidence, tried and tested practical flow enducing techniques, and a wealth of experience and information about flow.
During the courses you will meet academic experts, elite performers, famous athletes, performance coaches, and some interesting characters :-). During the courses we will help build a rigorous, flexible and fun program you can use for years to come.
The 12 steps to flow will take you on a journey, help you push your limits and learn how to enter flow when you need it most.
