1. Two days prior to the scheduled community organized panel discussion From Ferguson to Ayotzinapa to Palestine: Solidarity and Collaborative Action, Missouri History Museum representatives informed organizers they would no longer host the event unless Palestine activism was removed from the conversation. Washington University student group AltaVoz organized the event to explore the intersection of different social and political reformation movements, focusing on Ferguson, Ayotzinapa, and Palestine activists within the St. Louis community.

    Organizers refused to cancel the event and instead held a Teach-in on the front steps of the MO History Museum. In the following clip, STL Palestine Solidarity Committee member Sandra Tamari addresses activists and community members.
