When the sun pops his weary head out in the UK, our seaside towns come to life with pasty pink flesh and ice creams.
On the 8th May 2016, Weston Super Mare had its first real taste of "blazing sun" for the year. I'm told the temperature made the dizzying heights of 22 degrees!
I love photographing people, being people. I'm not personally interested in posed portraits or even necessarily flatering images when I'm shooting candidly like this in public.
I want the images to show the characters, and the gritty nature of Britain .... when the sun shines.
All of these images were photographed using the Fujifilm X-70 with the Wide Angle Converter WCL-70 attached.
