SIGNATURE ROW – CORE FOCUS: Like Signature Row, Core Focus takes you through alternating cardio and sculpting intervals on and off of our water-based rowing machines, but all sculpting intervals focus on core specific exercises. And by “core” they don’t just mean “abs.” They mean your entire core, the muscles that wrap around your torso… front, back, and side to side. This is the powerhouse of your body; your body is only as strong as your core!
SIGNATUREX: Signature Row taken to the extreme – more sprints, more reps, more weight, more sweat. SignatureX turns the intensity up while staying true to the promise of providing a smart, total-body workout that you won’t find anywhere else. More than a class, SignatureX is an advanced training program developed for the seriously motivated individual using CityRow’s signature combination of high-intensity rowing and strength training intervals.
