etherCON provides solutions for data transfer in harsh and
demanding applications. These connectors are especially
applicable for Ethernet networking in audio, commercial,
entertainment, live stage production, DMX lighting, industrial
and outdoor internet access environments.
The etherCON series offers tailor-made products to suit
all state-of-the art transmission classes like CAT6A, CAT6,
CAT5e as well as class D according to TIA / EIA 568C.2
and ISO / EC 11801 respectively EN 50173-1 standard. The
broadly based product range includes male cable carriers,
assembled female receptacles, feedthrough jacks, cable
couplers and shielded versions with or without illumination
possibilities by LEDs. For pre-assembled RJ45 cables Neutrik
offers a rugged diecast metal shell as a male cable carrier,
which does not require the re-termination of the cable
Female chassis receptacles are based on the well known
Neutrik “A & B” series as well the “D” series of XLR receptacles
with either secure latching system or push pull locking
(CAT6) – features not found on other RJ45 receptacles.
Terminations available do include horizontal and vertical
PCB mount or IDC. Ingress protection of IP 54 is achived on
the CAT 5 version by assembling the waterproof sealing kit
SE8FD while CAT 6 versions are IP 65 rated as standard and
at the new CAT6A range it is customers choice to use the IP
65 protected receptacles or the unprotected versions.

LQ IP interfaces are compact boxes that enable connection of 2-wire partyline and 4-wire audio devices over LAN, WAN or Internet IP infrastructures. LQ is available in 2-wire (LQ-2W2) or 4-wire (LQ-4W2) options. The LQ-2W2 is both Clear-Com and RTS compatible. Two standalone partyline intercom circuits can easily be constructed by connecting two LQ-2W2 interfaces. The LQ-4W2 can interconnect with devices, such as analog ports of any matrix intercom system, analog telephone circuits, two-way radio gate-ways and audio consoles. A maximum of six LQ IP devices can be linked together in any 2- or 4-wire combination.
The LQ-2W2 enables the connection of 2-wire partyline audio devices over LAN, WAN or Internet IP infrastructures. Two standalone partyline intercom circuits can easily be constructed by connecting two LQ-2W2 interfaces. The LQ-2W2 is both Clear-Com and RTS compatible.
At least two ports must be associated to a channel. When the two or more ports are added to a channel, it becomes a Virtual Partyline (VPL).
Both LQ devices have two Neutrik etherCON series lockable RJ45 chassis connectors for network connectivity. The LQ-2W2 has two 3-pin XLR-F audio port connectors for partyline audio. The LQ-4W2 has two additional Neutrik etherCON audio port connectors for analog 4-wire audio.
The LQ-2W2 can power the partyline, allowing the user to connect a beltpack without the need of a power supply to locally power the line. A total of 5 beltpacks can be locally powered or one beltpack can be powered using PoE.
The LQ devices use the low-latency OPUS codec. The OPUS adjustable audio codec meets various data rate, bandwidth and quality requirements.
Core Configuration Manager (CCM):
CCM is a free browser-based software tool with intuitive menus for quick setup and configuration editing that supports the latest versions of all major browsers on MAC, PC and tablet platforms. LQ devices can be added and removed from the system by editing the configurations via the CCM software.

The d:facto™ MMC4018VL Supercardioid Capsule features an isolation-optimized supercardioid polar pattern. It is specifically designed to augment the human vocal range. The mic uses directional characteristics from the best of two worlds – both cardioid and supercardioid patterns. The capsule’s directional pattern and definition gives high separation and true sound color onstage. It is ideal for PA amplification and recording. Frequency response and phase, both on- and off-axis, is extremely linear.
We recommend using the d:facto™ MMC4018VL Supercardioid Microphone Capsule for stage applications. It offers an applicable opening angle around the center axis comparable to a cardioid. This means that a pleasant tolerance around the center axis is obtained for the singer. Concurrently, the rear rejection is higher than other supercardioids. The rear lobe opening normally seen on supercardioids at 180° angle is extremely uniform and controlled on the d:facto™ MMC4018VL Supercardioid Microphone Capsule.
