Ghavam Garden is a small Persian Garden built in 19 C in Shiraz, Iran. It depicts the most beautiful innovative decorative styles of the era including mirror mosaic decorations with sophisticated floral and geometrical designs.
The garden was once the head quarter of the Asiatic House where Professor Arthur Christian Pope the renowned Persian Architecture scholar worked. I lived in the neighbourhood for a long time and passed the garden on my way to school everyday. I worked for a short while as an assistant photographer during my University time in the garden. I hope you enjoy this. For your information, I am not an architect nor an artist, but love to investigate in both fields.
