1. The more information and visual content you have on your boards, the more challenging it can be for new users
to orient themselves and navigate in your boards.

Structuring your boards using the board outline helps everyone find content more quickly, but especially teammates or clients who are signing in to your board for the first time.

The first item in the board outline is where the board opens. You can choose to show a bird's eye overview, or create a welcome screen with links to different section of the board.

Use the arrows at the top of of the outline to navigate, or use the arrow keys on your keyboard.

To create clickable links, switch to the Select tool by hitting S on the keyboard. Select an item by double clicking on it, then click the "add to outline" button in the top toolbar.

Click on the item in the board outline. A blue dot indicates it is now the active item in view.
Copy the entire board url, including the item number.

Paste the link into a text box in same board, it will automatically become a clickable link.

You can also copy and paste the link into a comment to create links.

Every participant on the board has their own pointer and name tag, so there’s no more guessing about which part of the content someone is talking about.

To turn on Live Pointers, simply select it on the bottom toolbar of your board. It will be highlighted in white when the tool is turned on.
