1. Trailer-trucking along I-40 w/b in Tennessee from the I-440 junction w/b onto I-40 w/b at Mile Post 206, to Mile Post 202. Traffic flow around Nashville wasn't too bad, and for once everybody seemed to be driving courteously.... For once!

My apologies if the speakers crackle too much. I tend to drive with the volume up a little loud. The song playing on the in-dash stereo is titled "The Cigar Song", and it is a great song for trucking through "Music City", Tennessee in the dark of night.

This video is my own creation. It is meant for the sole purpose of giving the viewer the feel of driving America's interstates as seen through the windshield of a big-rig, and by no means is used to promote any brand. Neither are any of my videos in any way presented for financial gain. Their only purpose is that of putting the viewer behind the wheel of a tractor-trailer combination vehicle, allowing he or she to experience the joys of interstate travel from the comfort of where they happen to be seated, be it at home, at work, or wherever.

(NOTE: NO MUSIC HAS BEEN ADDED TO MY VIDEOS. ANY MUSIC HEARD IS PLAYING ON THE IN-DASH STEREO CD PLAYER OF THE VEHICLE DRIVEN, WITH THE LEGAL PURCHASE OF A COMPACT DISC).

Music Credits: - The song playing on the stereo is titled "The Cigar Song', and is sung by Brad Paisley. 2. Loaded with one 44,000# steel coil, rolling south with AC/DC playing on the CD player. The perfect timing of passing big rigs is purely coincidental, but definitely in tune with this song. Driving a Kenworth T600, the cruise control is set, and I'm just enjoying the sunshine on a perfect day for big-rigging!

  3. Trailer-trucking along I-80 w/b in New Jersey from Mile Post 5 to the NJ/PA State Line at Delaware Water Gap and the Delaware River. Watch as the right lane ends, merging into the center lane as I pass under a highway bridge around Mile Post 3. People always seem to wait until the very last moment before realizing that their lane is about to end. Rather than dropping back safely, they almost always choose to accelerate. Some cut it a lot closer than the driver of the white car did on this occasion.

My apologies for the speakers crackling. I had the volume up a little too loud, I suppose. The song playing on the in-dash stereo is titled "Old Soul", and it is quite appropriate for trucking, in that often a trucker feels the pains which Patty Loveless sings about, of missed opportunities, lost love, and a life that seems to pass us by as we drive 600 to 700 miles per day (and then some), just to be lied to by brokers and dispatchers, cut off in traffic by automobile drivers that seem to think a big truck can stop on a dime, and given "the finger" because our 80,000 pound rig is in their way. And it's these same people whom are the reason the truck is on the road in the first place. If consumers want less trucks in their way out on the road, then they should stop purchasing products carried by trucks, which is pretty much everything they have, or soon will.
