  5. On the worlds first conference against covert harassment 20 Nov 2014 in Brussels, Dr. Rauni-Leena Luukanen Kilde talked on the topic Bright light on black shadows, man is a mind, not a body. About 120 targeted individuals (ti) had gathered, more than 20 from the USA, almost 10 from Russia, one from Malaysia and most of the European countries. Thanks to ti Peter Mooring this unique conference could take place and it is planned for every future year to come until the secret services and governments stop with that torture techniques.

Dr. Kilde focused on implants and chips put into humans in order to totally control their bodies and mind. In former times the chips could be detected by x-rays and removed, but nowadays they have Nano size.
