This video shows Ofer Blutrich, Athlete and Physiotherapist, cross fit training routine for climbing.
The training goal is to have stronger body tension longer reach, and avoid injuries
the exercises are specific as possible -and relevant for climbing performance.
the resistance is gravity, body weight based, or hyper gravity
training session take place twice a week 3-4 set each exercise
preform each exercise 10 repetition for 3-4 sets.
