The Lupe File

This docudrama is based on real events. A box was found in the floorboards of an old abandoned house in the Arizona desert. The contents contained personal mementos along with photos and videos that tell the story of a girl who came across the border with her mother from Mexico. During the crossing into America the mother was killed and the daughter eventually put into an orphanage. These images recount in graphic detail the acts of racism and prejudice against her during several years of her well as the violent acts of revenge she recorded in a media journal that this film seeks to document.
Terra Mar Entertainment (TME) is currently in production on a unique and compelling found footage film. The Lupe File. The film is a free flowing form of expression designed to stimulate controversy and promote social change in America. The images being produced now, bring to the forefront a raw and authentic look behind the veil of racism and bigotry in America. The producers specifically focus on bigotry towards Latin American immigrants along with legal citizens, by putting the audience in the shoes of the victims. This is accomplished by much of the footage being shot from POV, as to actually connect with the victims by looking… in many cases… directly in their eyes… to truly feel their emotions. This innovative docudrama is based on real experience along with current events happening in America today.
