I was quite attracted to the light and shadow patterns generated by a fairly windy fall day. This work was shot in Philadelphia with an iPhone 6 and edited using FCP X. The footage was recorded in HD, 60fps, and later slowed in editing. It was saved in UHD. The soundtrack is an original track that I created with Ableton Live 9.
"Crosswalking" is a work that coveys the dynamism of the city sidewalk. The overlapping scenes intermesh to lead away from the literal toward a complex interplay of shadows, legs and feet. It was captured in Philadelphia using a Sony a6000 camera and edited in Final Cut Pro X. I created the sound track using the soft synth Reason and the Ableton Push instrument.
