Pretty much everything we do when it comes to worship will be done in Heaven, and actually, it'll be better. But there's one thing that followers of Jesus won't be able to do in heaven that they must do here: invest in people's lives and invite them to follow. NOTE: The recording actually ends without about 3 minutes remaining in the video. The wireless mic died during the sermon. So here's the idea of how the sermon was concluding: When you get to the right moment, invite them to take the next step towards following Jesus. Maybe that means you personally share Christ with them or maybe that means you invite them to church with you so they can here about the life God has for them and take the next step towards following Jesus. The final charge of the sermon is simple: Invest in at least one persons life outside of your family and invite them when the time is right. We have to do this. And we can do this because of the God who's already invested in you. If you don't believe that, just look at the cross and resurrection of Christ.
Over and over again throughout Scripture, Jesus claims that the whole law of God points to love. He expresses that assertion through his words and actions. In this sermon, we explore a question that is sure to reveal a lot about yourself and why you treat people the way you do. You will be challenged to put your faith in action as you live amongst the "least of these."
