i made this video for my multimedia class, we were told that we have to interview someone that is in the industry or career path that we want to be in. when my teacher told us this, I immediately knew who I wanted to interview so I emailed them. fortunately, they said yes. (: I was nervous to interview the music group, Sware, but when it actually happened, it was no problem at all. we actually had fun but still kept it professional. there were some issues but I was able to cut them out or fix them when I edited the video on Adobe Premiere Pro. one challenge that I had was at one moment, we thought we were recording but we weren't. so we had to go through those few questions again. another problem was that my dad was standing on the side and he forgot to put his phone on silent, so it kept going off and it was really loud. thankfully, we were all able to just laugh about it and the members of Sware had no problem with the phone ringing or having to re-do those questions. my favorite part was basically doing the whole project. planning is always kind of stressful but I liked interviewing them, I liked editing the video, adding in the music, etc. the video was almost what I planned for it to be so im pretty happy with it. I think its better than my other projects but it could still use a lot of fixing or changes to it. for my next projects, ill try to edit it a little better, to even out all of the scenes because that was probably the hardest part, cutting each scene and trying to make them work together without it being too noticeable.
Me and Ali drove to Creek Road Ranch to interview Ingrid about her horse program. We used a microphone and a Sony video camera. We used Premiere to edit our video. It went well and I learned a lot. I'm glad I did this. One thing I would changed about my video is the wind problem. We were able to fix the problem a little but not completely. My favorite part was when I got to touch the horses.
