"Aerosolar #2" is a solar-powered sonic sculpture that fuses a whistle with a pair of bellows. As the sculpture's energy stores are filled by natural light in the environment, the silicon pump slowly 'inhales', step by step. After the bellows fill, a minimal whistle tone is emitted - only to cycle again in silence. Frequency of the motorized movement simply depends on the brightness level of the room.
