A short video showcasing the features of our game, Neon Commander. Neon Commander is a twin-stick shooter inspired by Geometry Wars. This game was created by myself and another programmer, Jarrod Dowsey. It's made in C# with Monogame and is cross-platform with the PlayStation Vita and PC, with both gamepad support, and keyboard and mouse.
Playthrough of a short game demo created by a mixed group of uni students at the Academy of Interactive Entertainment. The idea is simple, shoot a bubble and any object besides the player that is inside that bubble, slows down. Using this mechanic we came up with several ideas for time based puzzles that require aiming and timing to complete.
