Christan Van Lewen's 2010 Camaro SS. (Milestones Feature Vehicle)
There are some cars that you can just spend hours staring at before you catch yourself drooling on the asphalt. Christian Van Lewen's Fallen Angels 2010 Camaro SS is one of those cars. Every meticulous detail is so precise and cleanly executed that it is no wonder it has been the winner of numerous Best-Of just about everything awards. Supercharged and riding on 22 inch wheels and tires that tuck behind the body's fenders with the help of it's adjustable hydraulic suspension. The deep, glassy paint sports influence from a variety of paint styles with custom graphics that are so realistically painted you'd swear you saw one of those beautiful models wink at you. Or maybe you fear you might cut yourself on the tip of a tribal point that appears to float above the body with an edge so sharp it could probably split a human hair. Inside a soft and sleek interior wraps around with subtle touches in every corner that beg you to put your foot to the floor and just let the Bentley suede seats grab you tight as you leave a trail of smoke behind. All in all this Camaro is hands down one of the nicest cars we have ever had the pleasure of seeing. A true work of art with details we were happy to get lost in.

From the first time I read the script, I knew this project was going to be a tough one. The goal was to show off AT&T's futuristic connected car. The only problem was, that car did not exist yet. The video's intention was to show what can and will be done in the fast-moving world of AT&T's Emerging Device Organization.
In the original shoot, the car was just like a normal car. The dashboard, center console, back-seat screens, and ignition are all computer generated. ILF Studios shot on the RED EPIC, so us compositors were working with 5K footage and had just over two weeks time to create the entire video. The video you see here is only half the length of the finished piece as that is being kept under wraps until further notice.
