    1) Try and create an environment that will excite you. This means if your room isn't clean, clean it. After you've cleaned your room, you'll look at it differently. Maybe you'll even want to remodel or rearrange it so it looks different. This gives yourself excitement because your room looks new to you and you'll want to do new things.

    2) Have someone that you trust know about your weight loss goal. Make sure that they're not the type to fuss with you or bother you about it. Pressure isn't a good thing at all. Try someone like a parent, sister, brother, or close friend. They can work out with you at times. If you don't have anyone like that find other ways to motivate yourself.

    3) Watch motivating videos, shows, etc. Watch before and after videos. If you're going to sit on the couch and watch TV, at least watch something that will help you later on.

    4) Don't compare yourself to others. When you look at your fit friends and siblings don't sit there wishing and dreaming that you had their body, go and get it yourself.

    5) When you see people eating junk food and crap, just make sure you're not eating it with them. Eat something like it but not high in fat, maybe something from Subway or Salad Works, this is so if people don't know about your plan to lose weight they won't come up questioning, " Are you on a diet?" "Are you trying to lose weight?" That can feel embarrassing and lead you to eat the way you did before.

    6) Drink water a lot. Do not drink soda, juice, or anything else that is high in calories or sugar. You may have heard this before, but water keeps you hydrated. This will help your skin become acne free. Water washes toxins and fat out of your body. This doesn't mean if you drink water you'll have lost a lot of pounds by the end of the week. No. You'll need to eat right and drink it everyday. Drink about 8 glasses of water daily.

    7) Learn new exercises. Make sure you exercise everyday. We know it can be hard sometimes, but we need to suck it up and work as hard as we can. Guys, you may work out but for the majority if you play video games and stuff, make sure it's an exercising game like Wii Fit or something like that. So pause your Zelda game and work out.

    8) Reward yourself. After a hard working month of eating right, drinking nothing but water, and working out, buy yourself a new outfit, or maybe celebrate by getting some Non Fat Frozen Yogurt. Go to a little nice unique boutique or a cool store that you would never be able to shop in because of the size clothes they sell. Get a souvenir like a bag, or something. That way, you can have something to work for. Or, if you've ever had a shirt that you loved but grew out of it, don't throw it away, keep it, hang it on your wall or keep it close by, this can motivate you to lose weight because you probably want to see how you would look in that cute shirt or those cool pants after you shred those pounds off. Have things to look forward to.

    9) You won't stay motivated if you never have any excitement. So get out there buy workout videos, go out to the gym, track your fitness, keep a calorie book to count your calories for every meal, etc.
