Here is a first look at the latest Summer Blockbuster Training Program from Fit and Perform. Fit and Perform Athletes review agility & plyometric movements. These sequences will be overlapped with next weeks improved performances. Use this video to study and build visualization technique for your off days.

Note the purpose for wearing hip slings above the knees during plyo jumps. During the landing and reactive take offs, keep knees aligned over shoe laces. Resist against the hip sling and feel your gluteals fire. Elevate from the hips and chest. Hence the reason for performing traveling push ups prior to plyos and burpees. This program will provide the conditioning required for Chute Chase coming to a Track near you.
