  4. During part of the meeting, we spoke a lot about the purpose of the work group. Brad reinforce the idea that we want to be sharing and acting as a conduit for ideas and norms, patterns and templates that can inform and enhance the work of the other work groups. (For example, working with neighborhood engagement around creating the party that would involve residents in the identity of the initiative.) we also discussed what part of the overall initiative should be responsible for the name, in the mission: should that be determined by the four key stakeholders, the guiding this group, or some other force? The basics like mission and name seems most appropriately determined by the top of the hierarchy in this overall initiative. This would free the workgroups to focus on action and moving things forward.
