1. With a few hours and the iPhone SDK, just about any worthless utility can be created. In no way does this exclude accelerometer-based air-drum applications, a rudimentary version of which this video illustrates.

    I think a more versatile release of this sort of app could be somewhat successful, but it suffers from similar dangers of the Wii-mote, and nobody wants a shattered iPhone...
